Fence Wrecker

I haven’t shared a dream with you in a while. I had a few while on vacation but never did recall much of them when I woke up. One was about a neighborhood and an alien invasion. I think my neighbor had a time traveling device that was gonna help save the world. The other dream was me going to work but flipping out cause I had on a pair of shorts. There was more to it but like I said, that is all I can recall. Maybe I was that lazy on vacation that even the thought of recalling a dream was too much work. Yes. I was pretty lazy on my vacation. Am I upset? No. Would I do it again. Yes.

I did dream last night. This was a pretty good dream. No zombies in this dream. It’s not even that off the wall. Not sure what or how I even got this in my head but you can read the dream below. Repeating myself like always, I’ll add what dreammoods.com says the dream means. You be the judge. Deep meaning or just a eff’ed up dream.

I see a small boy outside my window. He has a teddy bear in his left arm and in his right, he is carrying a large, metal pole. The boy is beating the neighbors fence with the pole. He’s a bratty kid. It wasn’t just the neighbors fence. He’s been doing it everyone’s house. Fences are torn down all over town. I know I have to do something. I decide to approach the kid and tell him that what he is doing is bad.

I knelt down by the kid and explained to him that he needs to stop. He needs to stop wrecking the fences all over town. I tell him, “What you’re doing isn’t nice.” It must have not phased him because he continued to wreck more fences. I attempt again to stop the kid. I break a nearby fence.

I go back inside and watch out the window. The kid is coming near the fence I broke. He flips! I placed his bike (although I don’t recall doing it) near the fence. His red bike appears to be broken. It was sorta broken. The wheels were removed. Did I take the wheels off? Maybe. I don’t know. I know I placed the bike there. I assume I must have taken off the wheels. The taking of the wheels wasn’t a smart move. This kid snapped and went crazier with wrecking more fences with his giant, metal pole.

I am in the hallway of my house and I call the local tip hotline.

Operator: Canadian Tip Hotline

Me: Oh, I need to report a crime in the US.

Operator: We do USA too.

I start to tell her about the boy. I mentioned his name. I don’t remember his first name but his last name was Stanton. The operator isn’t quite sure who I am talking about. I tell her where I am from but she still doesn’t know who or what I am talking about. As I try talking to her more, my lips and face start to swell up. I can’t talk. It was like someone was holding their hand over my mouth. That’s how I sounded. But it wasn’t someone holding their hand over my mouth. My face was literally swelling up in my dream. My lips tightened. I couldn’t say his name and when I did speak, blood dribbled out from my mouth.  I was choking and eventually, I had to tell the operator that I couldn’t talk anymore. My mouth had swollen shut. It was all puffy. I fell on the floor and did my best to scream for help. I was covered in blood. My sister eventually came to the rescue and she screamed for help.

/dream.

Not as long or as detailed as other dreams but a dream is still a dream. Let’s take a look at some key points in the dream. Let’s see if this dream will answer questions I have but I am too scared to ask. Will it open up my psyche and share thoughts or feelings I am also too afraid to share. Let’s see.

  • teddy bear
  • metal pole
  • fence
  • red bicycle
  • missing wheels
  • telephone operator
