April Stats – Part II: Food

Finally have the time to create the food log for what I ate last month. Unfortunately, I am having some trouble remembering what I ate for dinner on some the nights. I’ll do my best at it. It’s okay I guess. You will still see everything I ate for the month of April.

Breakfast:

  • 2 Farmer’s Choice Breakfast
    • 4 eggs over easy
    • 4 pancakes
    • 6 pieces of bacon
    • 2 orders of white toast
  • 1 Breakfast Burrito (it was my sister’s birthday)
    • ham, peppers, cheese, salsa, and sour cream
  • 1 Oatmeal
    • (with brown sugar and butter)
  • 5 bagels
    • 4 blueberry bagels with strawberry cream cheese
    • 1 plain bagel with strawberry jam and butter
  • 1 Bowl Of Cinnamon Toast Crunch
  • 1 Breakfast At My Mom’s House
    • 2 eggs over easy
    • 2 pancakes
    • 2 pieces of bacon
    • 3 sausage links
    • 1 order of white toast
    • 6 strawberries
      • 5 with sugar
      • 1 without sugar
  • 9 Jumbo Blueberry Muffins
  • 14 Donuts
    • 8 maple cinnamon rolls
    • 2 cinnamon rolls with chocolate and maple drizzle
    • 3 maple long johns
      • 2 with chocolate drizzle
      • 1 plain
    • 1 maple ring donut with chocolate drizzle

Lunch (work meals):

  • 7 Medium Spicy Beef Lo Mien
    • no vegetables, no oyster sauce
  • 1 Bacon Cheeseburger (lettuce and tomato)
    • 1 side of onion rings
  • 1 California Wrap
    • mistakenly made with onions
  • 1 BBQ Brisket Sandwich On A Bun

    • 1 side of baked beans
    • 1 side of macaroni and cheese
  • 3 Grilled Club Sandwiches

    • 2 bags of fun size fritos
  • 2 BBQ Pork Sandwiches
    • 1 side of baked beans
  • 4 Chicken Wraps (lettuce, tomato, cheese, mayo, pepper)
    • 1 Spicy Chicken Wrap
      • side of baked beans
    • 1 Grilled Chicken Wrap

      • slice of New York Style Cheesecake
    • 2 Chicken Wraps (non spicy)

Lunch:

  • 1 Philly Time Deluxe Sandwich (peppers, onions, cheese)
    • 1 side of onion rings
  • 1 Pulled Pork Sandwich On A Corn Bun (Smokehouse BBQ)
    • 1 side of cole slaw
  • 1 Burger King Whopper With Cheese
    • 1 side of onion rings
  • 2 Hot Dogs With Ketchup
  • 1 Subway Cold Cut Combo
    • had an anxiety attack that day
  • 7 Peanut Butter and Raspberry Sandwiches
  • 2 Plates of Egg Noodles

Dinner:

  • 2 McDonald’s 20 Piece Chicken Nuggets
    • 4 sweet and sour sauce
    • 2 BBQ Sauce
    • 2 BBQ Chilpotle Sauces (new?)
  • 1 Burger King Whopper With Cheese
    • 1 side of onion rings
  • 1 Ming Garden General Chicken
    • 1 side of steamed rice
  • 1 Korr’s Butter Pasta
    • 2 beer brats on side
  • 5 Ramen Noodle Soups (chicken flavored)
  • 6 Sandwiches
    • 3 black forest ham on white
      • slice of cheese
      • 3 miracle whips
      • 1 bag of Cool Ranch Doritos
    • 3 honey smoked turkey on white
      • slice of cheese
      • 3 miracle whips
      • 1 bag of original sun chips
  • 1 Plate of my mom’s famous stew
    • 2 incorrectly made long rolls
  • 1 Plate of my moms famous chili
    • 6 crackers on side
  • 1 Popeye’s 3 piece dinner (2 legs, 1 thigh)
    • 1 side of mashed potatoes and gravy
    • 1 biscuit
  • 1 Plate of Spaghetti and Sauce
  • 1 Tostino’s Pizza (pepperoni)

Drinking Snacks:

  • Northern Lights Pizza
    • 2 sausage/pepperoni
    • 2 breadsticks

Dessert:

  • 24 Cookies
    • 2 monster cookies
      • peanut butter, chocolate chip, M&M
    • 3 sugar cookies
      • 2 plain
      • 1 shaped as a spider (see photo)
    • 4 M&M cookies
    • 14 chocolate chip cookies
    • 1 snicker doodle
  • 1 Blue Bunny Neapolitan Ice Cream Bar

Snacking:

  • 1 Garlic Bread Stick
  • 2 Teddy Graham Cookies
    • 1 Cinnamon
    • 1 Honey
  • 1 Butterfinger
  • 1 Twix Bar Package (2 total)
  • 2 Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 1 Strawberry

Taste Testing:

  • 2 spoonfuls of Cole Slaw
  • 1 taste of BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 size of Garlic bread stick
  • 1 bite of Old Folk’s Medium Spicy Sausage
  • 1 taste of Michael’s Shitty Chicken Taco Mix
    • he was raving about it. I thought it was horrible. Too much garlic.
  • 1 taste of a Panini
    • turkey, swiss cheese, honey mustard, bacon, cinnamon bread, mayo

Misc…:

  • 2 Valerian Pills

I really need to eat better. I eat nothing healthy. Also, I should really move my cookies to snacking. I don’t think they are desserts. I’ll usually snag a cookie at work if I crave one- which is quite often. Here’s hoping next month improves somewhat.
