Are You Planning On Quitting?

I didn’t think I would make it but I did. I have been smoke free for 6 months. I never thought I would actually quit smoking but I did. I could write a whole blog about it but I wanted to make a video instead. It is pretty long (about 14 minutes) but reaching this mark, I thought it would be fun to do. Watch the video. Hear me talk. Watch me be suave. Next goal, 9 months!

If you don’t feel like watching the video, that’s okay. Here is a simple rundown of what I discuss in the below video. I talk about when I quit back in January. It was tough at first but I eventually got over it. Smoking is a bad habit and yes, it is addicting. After I quit, I started running. I still run today. I have over 300 miles. That’s good! Pretty awesome for someone who just recently quit smoking.

Feel free to leave a comment here about your journey to a smoke free life. I’d love to hear about it. Thanks for reading and if you watched the video, thanks for watching.
